Remote Consignment Stores

Remote Consignment stores are virtual Ramsys stores which represent stores that actually belong to another entity. They are designed to track your stock that is  being held on consignment for sale by that other entity. The Items can be transferred without first generating a sales inovice since the stock remains your stock until the consignee either sells it or returns it (or buys it from you).

Goods may be receipted into the company warehouse, then transferred to a Consignment Store.

You may at any time report on stock holding, sales and performance of Consignment Stores from within Ramsys as if these stores were online, company owned stores.

In this way the stock is fully tracked by the system. 

All movements are recorded and maintained historically.

It is therefore possible to monitor the performance of consignment operators.
