The gift voucher enquiry screen is used to enquire upon gift vouchers. Here you will be able to view the status of any gift voucher issued throughout the country.

Reprinting a gift voucher

 Once you have a Gift Voucher displayed you may press <F11 Print> to reprint it. Reprinting a gift voucher requires a security level of at least 5.

Deleting a Gift Voucher

When a Gift voucher is on screen press <F3 - Delete> to cancel it. You will be asked for the reason it is being canceled. This reason will be displayed on screen if anyone attempts to redeem the voucher
