Discount Vouchers

Discount vouchers are a payment-based, time-limited promotion that offers customers a percentage or dollar amount off their purchase. This discount is applied as a payment, independent of the items being sold. Essentially, the company is offering to cover a portion of the customer's purchase.

On the receipt and in reporting, this payment will appear like any other payment method (e.g., cash, EftPOS). Note that the items in the sale are still sold at full retail price.

To add a voucher fill in the details and click save, you may limit the voucher to CRM members only and offer a % discount or a dollar amount (to the maximum of the total sale).

Reporting is available for these type of promotions.
