The Help/About screen is accessible from the main menu. This screen provides Information about your local PC as well as access to the support functions provided by Allspoke
Click this item to have the Allspoke support page loaded in your default browser
When an error is generated either by Ramsys or an external application such as windows, Ramsys will record the details of what occurred. clicking on this option will allow you to review this log.
It will also allow you to send the log to Allspoke support for review and to clear this log.
This function will provide a full list of specifications for this PC.
"Terminal Control Level" This allows access to the system for Allspoke support and development staff only.
