Mail chimp is an all-in-one marketing platform that enables businesses to manage and automate their email marketing campaigns, track results, and effectively engage with their audience. In Ramsys, you can set up a trigger to automatically add new CRM customers to your Mail chimp list.


We can push customer details such as name, email, phone number, last visit, total spend, etc., to Mail chimp. Additionally, Mail chimp lists will be updated whenever customer details change.


With Mail chimp, you can email your customers and start building meaningful relationships. For instance, you can send a welcome email when they sign up or offer rewards on their birthday or anniversary.

Setup Instructions:


1. Mail chimp Account: Ensure you have a Mail chimp account.

2. Create a List: Set up a list in Mail chimp with the fields you wish to populate. It's advisable to set all fields except for email as optional.

  • Birthday (DD/MM)

Once set to do so in the POS every time you add a customer into the CRM the POS will add them to Mailchimp. You may also set it to generate a Welcome voucher for a discount off the next purchase.
