Vouchers are promotional tools that provide discounts or store credit to customers. Ramsys offers various types of vouchers, including:

• Gift Vouchers: Purchased by customers to give as gifts, redeemable for store credit.
• Change Vouchers: Issued as store credit instead of cash when change is due.
• Reward Vouchers: Given as part of a loyalty program, offering discounts or credit based on purchases or other activities.

Gift vouchers can be issued as either a dollar ($) discount or a percentage (%) discount. These vouchers are tracked nationwide to prevent fraud, ensuring secure and reliable use across all locations.

Enquiring upon a Voucher

to look up a voucher Enter or search for the voucher in Maintenance/Vouchers.

The voucher information screen displays all relevant data about a voucher. In the top right corner, you can see a comment indicating the voucher's value type (either a dollar amount or a percentage discount).

Creation Data: Displayed on the left side of the screen.

Redemption Data: Shown on the right side.

Comments provide additional context. For example, as above the voucher was awarded when the CRM balance reached $147.80, with the value upon redemption calculated at $26.85.

To view detailed transactions, click the <<Redemption Transactions>> button. This will report on all transactions across the company, including those made at other stores.
