Version 12 has introduced some massive under the hood improvements. This version also sees the Addition of the Shopify interface to Both Enterprise and Premium POS as well as some visual enhancements. It also sees the merging of the Retail and the hospitality POS editions with a combined screen which allows the user to switch between Retail and Hospitality sales at will at any time during the sales process.

  • Rostering, When you save a roster you an now have these emailed to staff members as ics files which can be imported into their calendar.
  • Ability to turn off rewards for Ecommerce sales.
  • Tidied up the Certificate of Purchase 
  • Added a Clock in/ Clock out button to the main menu for convenience. 
  • Improvements to the Customer facing screen display to allow a slideshow of images in a directory when the POS is not processing a sale.
  • Updated the daily rankings form. Added KPI's and interface changes to make it easier to read.
  • Added to the Premium stock screen. System will ask if you wish to print tags if you change any of the following;

    • Description
    • Qty on hand via the adjust Qty

  • Fixed issue whereby logo images on reports was not resizing correctly.

  • Added support to the CRM module for memberships. CRM customers may now have an associated Expiry date, this may be maintained in the CRM master screen. Empty, an empty expiry is lifetime membership, in the past - membership has expired, in the future - the membership is current.
  • Added in the Dashboard under "By Time" a graph for each day in the previous week.
  • Added in the Dashboard "Inventory Turnover"
  • Added support to allow the selling of memberships in the sales screen - this will automatically adjust the expiry date to suit.
  • Tidy up of the transaction list on the CRM master screen. All data will come from local database, Enterprise will download only transactions from other stores. This will make it faster and show transactions not yet synced to the Cloud.
  • Added a tag over the members photo to show active membership.
  • Added a grid showing items purchased in a sale to the payments screen.
  • Added to the sales screen an EftPOS quick tender button to allow full eftpos payment without having to process tenders.
  • Tidied up the process moving between the sales/QuickSales/Tender screens in the sales form.

  • Excluded performance sales (Sales of items set in the stock system as being excluded from performance statistics) will now be excluded from the Budget Vs Sales graphs.
  • Updated Customer Master screen. the transaction enquiry, now allows you to filter transactions by type. Also improved support for selling of Decimals (ie qty= 0.5 or 0.25)
  • Added ability to set buttons to Heading Tiles. Setting the ISC code to 0 will display the heading in a slightly larger font and underlined. clicking or right clicking will be disabled for tiles as they are informational only

  • In the Enterprise mode under the Daily Rankings/All Stores. The local store is highlighted so it is easy to see where it ranks.
  • Improvements to the sales Option and payments screen to makes them easier to use on touch screens.
  • Improvements to the item delete button in sales, if used on an item that is part of a kit it will now delete all items in that kit.
  • The POS will now ensure the numlock is on. This is to prevent the issue staff are unable to login as the numlock has been turned off. You may if you wish disable this in the system options.
  • Added to the Sales CRM search, you may now filter the search. See here
  • Code added to resolve Windows caching issue introduced by windows update 
  • Added to the stock search function the ability to enter any filters you need, the more filters the less items you will get in the grid. In the above example we are looking for fitted sheets. The only items loaded into the search grid will be those that have both "fitted" and "sheet" in the description, they do not have to be in the correct order and they do not need to be together in the description.   • Sales and stock screen search changes.
    • The stock search filter screen will now pop up, you will no longer be asked if you wish to load it. If you wish to show all items simply press <Esc> or tap the Cancel button with a mouse or filter. This uses the same number of keystrokes (1) as the older method which asked.
    • Added a field called 'Description contains'. You may type in keywords and the filter will only show items where the description contains these words. See here.

  • The full hospitality sales screen has been blended into the retail Screen to replace the more limited QuickSell screen. This replaces the more limited quiksell and heralds the combining of the Retail and Hospitality versions of the POS while also introducing full hospitality capability to the Premium POS.
  • The Sales return process has been streamlined, By default the system will look to the local database, if the sale is from another store enter the store code (You may search using the standard search function) in this case the system will search for the original transaction via the cloud.
    • Scan/Enter the sales docket number you are returning
    • The sold be and Date sold will fill for you confirming the docket was found
    • Select a return reason - these have been defined for you.
    • At times if required the return reason may ask extra information
  • Added - the ability to set the system to upload a backup to the Allspoke servers. This service allows the last backup to be retrieved from Allspoke if disaster strikes. Contact support@allspoke.com for more details.
  • Added ability to set the staff sales to allow staff selling to themselves.
  • Modifications to the POS Quick-sell builder you may now have effect over more attributes of each button.
    • Change the font to bold

  • Added QuickButtons to the QuickSell screen

  • The above Quick Keys have been added to the retail sales screen. Once an item has been scanned you can use these keys with your mouse, or if you have a touch screen, your finger to Increase/Decrease the Quantity or delete a line. If the current selected line is blank this operation will occur on the previous line scanned.
  • The bulk CRM screen will now insert the additions/changes directly into the cloud database as soon as they are saved.
  • Added access to extra details from the sales screen. This screen may be accessed in 2 ways
  • On the retail screen if you scan an item and select “Extra details" off the Sales Options.
  • On The touch sales screen if you Right click or long press a menu button

  • Transfers will now talk directly to the cloud. This will eliminate the wait time for Syncing.
    • When a Transfer is created it will be created instantly on the Cloud database
    • When it is received, if it is not found on the POS database the POS will download it from the cloud.
    • When it has been receipted the POS will instantly change the cloud status.
  • Added ability to add Budgets from the POS for Enterprise. You may now as a store manager set the store budgets, these will flow through to the cloud database. Security level for this is set n Ramsys HO. See Here
  • Added ability to display a QuickSell Menu option as an Image if one is available.

These graphs do not show values by default to ensure customers cannot view sensitive information, Daily rankings provides further information.

  • Changed - Quantity set on POS Quicksell screen, the previous method could potentially on some Windows installs cause the touchscreen to become inactive leading to a misaprehendion the PC is frozen.
