The Main Menu

To simplify navigation between the system's functions, the main menu offers an easy-to-use graphical interface. You can select an option by:

• Clicking the desired option with the mouse.
• If you have a touch screen, simply pressing the option with your finger.

Stats Overview:

for your convieniance various stats are displayed on this screen

• Total jobs.
• Total active (incomplete) jobs.
• Number of active jobs scheduled.
• Percentage of total jobs scheduled.
• Completed this month:
• Total completed this month.
• Total completed last month.
• Percentage change of this month over last.
• Comparison of this month to last month (up or down).
• Completed % Gauge: Percentage of active jobs completed this month.
• Month View: Quick overview of job allocation by month. Select month and year using the navigation arrows.

Note: You may not see the Admin menu based on your security level.
